Michaella is here to support and coach our brilliant team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. Michaella is passionate about helping young people explore their options through apprenticeships. "It’s incredibly rewarding to guide others through those early, uncertain steps and help them find their path." Outside of work, Michaella enjoys spending time on the beach with her dogs, getting her hands dirty in the garden (still learning, but loving it!), or curling up with a good book.
Victoria, Talent Acquisition Specialist
Victoria is focused on Pharmacy Apprenticeships across the UK, working closely with candidates and employers in the pharmaceutical sector and helping match passionate learners with the right Pharmacy Service Assistant and Pharmacy Technician apprenticeship opportunities. What Victoria loves most about her role is connecting with enthusiastic learners and supporting them to achieve their dream careers in pharmacy. Outside of work, Victoria is a proud fish mum to two platy fish and occasionally plays host to the neighbour’s cats too (but don’t worry, they haven't found the fish yet!).
Daniel, Recruitment Consultant Apprentice
Specialising predominantly in pharmacy, with additional focus on science and dental apprenticeships across the UK. Dan is passionate about connecting with potential learners and loves the opportunity to network and engage face-to-face at events, bringing a personal and approachable touch to the recruitment journey.
Outside of work, Dan shares his love for all things vintage and antique on Instagram.
Grace, Talent Acquisition Specialist
Grace works on Dental, Science, and Pharmaceutical apprenticeships across the UK. She enjoys connecting with employers to source dedicated, passionate candidates and guide them towards their dream careers.
