What are British values?
Apprentices must show they understand the following British values which help create a more cohesive and integrated society:
IT requirements. The learner must have access to:
Democracy — built upon freedom and equality. Everyone understands their rights and responsibilities.
Individual Liberty — ability to pursue your own goals and interests.
Rule of Law — ensuring safety, security, and well-being through a system of laws.
Respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs — understanding that everyone has different beliefs and not forcing our own on others.
