The Team Leader Apprenticeship is for individuals who are currently working in a management or supervisory role and is ideal for those aspiring professionals taking their first step into line management, or those with some experience of managing a team or project to deliver clearly defined outcomes.

Entry requirements
Team Leader Apprentices will need to have exposure in their role to:
- Being able to present and hold meetings
- Manage, Supervise or Mentor team members – ideally 2 or more
- Evidence of being able to coach a team member over a period of time
- Hold 121, appraisals or job chats with team members
- Be able to manage a project in the workplace
- Being able to evidence how they have or would manage a budget
Functional Skills requirements:
GCSE Grade C or above or Grade 4 and above in both Maths and English.
If learners do not hold the qualifications above it is a requirement of the apprenticeship for them to enrol on Maths and English Functional Skills at Level 2. Skills4Pharmacy has an experienced dedicated team to support learners to achieve this whilst on the programme with us.

12 months of learning through the delivery of live teach sessions every 2 weeks with Gateway and EPA to follow from this. EPA timeframe is 4-6 weeks.
